Job Summary

Apply a strategic and analytical lens to structure complex business challenges and drive operational excellence workstreams across On’s product organization. Own cross-functional initiatives that evolve processes, capabilities, and ways of working to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. Translate data and stakeholder inputs into actionable insights, support long-range plan priorities, and help ensure rigorous governance, milestone tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support structuring complex and ambiguous business challenges by asking key questions, conducting analyses, and synthesizing findings into recommendations.
•Own and drive specific workstreams within cross-functional projects to evolve processes, capabilities, technologies, and ways of working.
•Partner with stakeholders across innovation, product strategy, design, product development, sourcing, planning, and commercial teams to improve organizational effectiveness.
•Support delivery of strategic initiatives tied to On’s Long Range Plan (LRP) for Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories.
•Drive project governance through structured planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on track.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in product strategy, operational excellence, business transformation, consulting or related fields.
•Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
•Footwear and/or apparel industry experience and/or experience in a strategy or consulting environment is a must.
•Experience contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure complex topics and derive actionable insights.
