Job Summary

Bridge customers’ legacy marketing and BI reporting into an agentic CDP experience. Translate complex reports into reusable frameworks, investigate data sources, identity logic, metric definitions, and audience behavior, and architect the semantic context layer that powers accurate, reliable, idempotent chat-based reporting SQL. Partner with enterprise customers in the Solutions & Success org, enable forward marketers with training, and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Scope difficult reporting questions and align outputs with core business decisions.
•Audit and translate complex legacy marketing reports into reporting frameworks within the agentic CDP.
•Investigate data sources, identity resolution logic, metric definitions, and audience behavior to ensure accuracy.
•Architect and tune the semantic context layer, documenting assumptions and ensuring idempotent, consistent report generation.
•Train non-technical, non-AI forward marketers on using AI effectively for ad-hoc reporting and strategic brainstorming.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Write clean, performant, scalable SQL and navigate cloud data platforms, especially Snowflake and Databricks.
•Build or dissect BI reports; understand marketing schemas, attribution models, and key growth metrics.
•Design and maintain robust semantic layers that organize messy databases into LLM-queryable context.
•Communicate with empathy to navigate technical discussions and train non-technical stakeholders.
•Understand modern marketing data stack components including CDPs and ETL/ELT pipelines for data activation systems.
