Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, maintain, and analyze Local Content Obligation Reports (Baseline, Progress, Audit) and related dashboards and KPIs.
  • •Collect, review, validate, and analyze procurement, supplier, financial, cost, payroll, and other data needed for Local Content reporting and compliance.
  • •Coordinate Local Content audit report preparation and liaise with external auditors to complete and submit required documentation on time.
  • •Monitor Local Content performance versus approved targets; identify gaps/risks and develop and follow up on mitigation and corrective action plans.
  • •Monitor changes in LCGPA Local Content regulations, guidelines, templates, targets, and requirements, and ensure updates are reflected in Local Content processes and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Saudi national.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Local Content with practical exposure to Local Content reporting, compliance, auditing, or related activities.
  • •Good understanding of LCGPA guidelines, regulations, requirements, and Local Content compliance obligations.
  • •Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, finance, accounting, and vendor management, including the ability to analyze relevant procurement and financial data.
