Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and 2D/3D illustrations for complex projects and analyze design findings for presentation or decision-making.
  • •Collect, compile, and analyze site data (e.g., surveys, blueprints, GIS, subsurface utility, environmental and historical data) to support project development and construction.
  • •Develop building plans, specifications, timelines, and cost estimates; update design plans through coordination with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
  • •Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams to execute concurrent projects, including budgets, schedules, technical calculations, permit applications, compliance documentation, and regulatory analysis.
  • •Coordinate, review, and approve design plans to ensure code and ordinance compliance; interact with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies; prepare technical reports and presentations.
