  • •Develop and manage shipment schedules, adjusting timelines to prevent bottlenecks during high-volume operations.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison with unit supply personnel, warehouse teams, drivers, and leadership to ensure seamless cargo flow.
  • •Review, validate, and authorize shipping/receiving documents and approve proper HAZMAT packaging, marking, and labeling prior to shipment.
  • •Audit and reconcile movement data in TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, and DPAS to ensure compliance and accuracy; maintain shipping/receiving logs and prepare daily/weekly movement status reports.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of transportation or logistics coordination in an Army contractor or military environment (strongly preferred).
  • •Familiarity with Army regulations AR 55-355, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DTR 4500.9-R.
  • •Experience with Army systems including TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Ability to review, validate, and authorize shipping/receiving documents (including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149, bills of lading, TCMDs, and load plans).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility, with favorable background check and drug testing results.
