Job Summary

Join a 12-month Career Accelerator Program for new college graduates in manufacturing processing. Key Responsibilities

•Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a 300mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.
•Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and communicate findings to engineering staff continuously.
•Support manufacturing ramp activities, including equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
•Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
•Contribute to continuous improvement through hands-on, on-the-job learning experiences during the first year of the program.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
•Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively in teams across functions and collaborate with people in different functions.
