Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a 300mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.
  • •Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and communicate findings to engineering staff continuously.
  • •Support manufacturing ramp activities, including equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
  • •Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement through hands-on, on-the-job learning experiences during the first year of the program.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
