Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with ANZ business stakeholders to drive commercial performance and support informed decisions.
  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, latest estimates, and long-range planning, including monthly Business Performance Reviews.
  • •Analyse revenue performance across multiple channels and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Prepare financial models and investment appraisals for network development, including store openings, relocations, and optimisation initiatives.
  • •Review and challenge OPEX/CAPEX, monitor KPIs, contribute to strategic/ad hoc projects, and improve processes with local and global finance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •CA qualification is essential.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • •3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering.
  • •Demonstrated experience building financial models and business cases for decision-making.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Jedox, and HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) is highly regarded.
