Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute as an individual engineer to design, develop, and enhance software features for two-way radios.
•Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements analysis to deployment.
•Collaborate with front-end architects, hardware and test engineers to ensure optimal feature implementation and integration.
•Write clean, well-documented, and testable C/C++ code for embedded systems following coding standards.
•Develop and execute unit, integration, and system-level tests and participate in design and code reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
•2-5 years of software development experience preferred (fresh graduates/entry level welcome)
•Proficient in C/C++ and object-oriented programming
•Understanding of microcontroller operation in embedded systems
•Hands-on experience with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and embedded software development is a plus
