Key Responsibilities

  • •Own multi-quarter design strategy for the platform and AI-powered product lines and make the case for design investment at the executive level.
  • •Rebuild the design operating model from a centralized queue to decentralized pods embedded in product-line tracks.
  • •Enable designers to work directly against the codebase to produce interactive, implementation-accurate prototypes.
  • •Govern the design system as cross-team infrastructure to measurably accelerate design and engineering velocity.
  • •Embed research and data using usability testing and behavioral analytics to inform roadmap-level decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of UX or product design experience as an opinionated design leader driving change.
  • •Proven ability to set and execute design strategy at the organizational level, including hiring and developing senior design talent.
  • •B2B SaaS experience with enterprise buying cycles and strong user research fundamentals.
  • •Hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows (specific tools, process, and what you built).
  • •Strong command of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards; Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
