Key Responsibilities

  • •Own executive accountability for performance across programs, including quality, schedule, cost, staffing, contractual compliance, security, risk, and client satisfaction.
  • •Establish operating rhythms to surface program health, financial performance, dependencies, and decisions early; lead recovery of challenged programs until stabilized.
  • •Build trusted relationships with senior VA executives and mission stakeholders, coordinate GovCIO client engagement, and ensure expectations, scope, funding, and schedule alignment.
  • •Lead growth strategy to retain work, expand scope, win new opportunities, and provide executive leadership for recompetes, captures, proposals, and client shaping.
  • •Own full business-unit financial and P&L leadership, including revenue, profit, forecasting, staffing/utilization, pricing, subcontractors, indirect spend, and cost controls.
Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 350,000 - 365,000 annually

  • •15+ years of senior leadership experience managing large federal programs or portfolios, ideally VA-related.
  • •Proven executive client engagement with senior government leaders.
  • •Demonstrated success in multi-program delivery with full P&L ownership.
