Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers at the airport and monitor the ticket counter area for compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • •Assist customers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage processing, including printing documents and servicing kiosk machines as needed.
  • •Troubleshoot kiosk technology issues and communicate with IT when additional servicing is required.
  • •Verify carry-on baggage compliance and clear/verify travel documents for international travel using the kiosk’s Timatic database.
  • •Assist with checked baggage processing and customer flow (queues/lines), and provide support such as unaccompanied minor assistance and helping with movement of non-ambulatory customers.
