Job Summary

Provide on-site and remote technical service for Alfa Laval’s marine-based products and systems. Ensure health and safety compliance while executing commissioning, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including condition monitoring and energy audits. Maintain accurate service documentation and update service IT systems, train customers and other field engineers, and supervise service providers when needed. Share service leads and installed base data with the sales organization, and support factory/site acceptance tests.

Key Responsibilities

•Service, troubleshoot, and maintain marine-based products with accurate technical documentation and service records.
•Execute installations, repairs, condition assessments, and basic troubleshooting at customer sites, including root cause analysis.
•Conduct condition monitoring, energy audits, and perform Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT).
•Train customers and supervise other field service engineers or external service providers during basic service jobs.
•Update service execution IT systems, capture installed base data, and communicate sales opportunities and recommendations to customers.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Min. qualification: engineering graduate or diploma.
•5–7 years experience in service, manufacturing, EPC, or engineering sectors.
•Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and the ability to read technical drawings.
•Valid four-wheeler driving license.
•Willingness to travel extensively (75–80%) and commitment to safe work practices.
