Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure PMO governance and compliance by reviewing projects against PMO policies, standards, and stage-gate processes and performing health checks/assurance reviews
  • •Support project managers in adopting PMO processes, including risk/issue management, lessons learned, and corrective actions
  • •Administer and manage the PMO tool (Asana), including configuration, user access, templates, workflows, and training
  • •Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and reports for IT management and PMs covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones, and KPIs
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in PMO / Project Analyst roles within IT
  • •Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • •Hands-on PMO tool experience, preferably Asana (reporting and portfolio management)
  • •Experience with project compliance reviews, risk management, and process support
  • •Advanced reporting & analytics skills (Excel, Power BI / Asana dashboards)
