Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute APAC Implementation & Integration strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
  • •Own the end-to-end implementation and integration portfolio across APAC, ensuring successful enterprise onboarding and technology integrations.
  • •Establish governance, project management frameworks, risk controls, and delivery standards; manage resource allocation and portfolio management.
  • •Serve as executive escalation point for critical client implementations and high-impact delivery issues; provide executive reporting and delivery transparency.
  • •Define and manage regional KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation and implementation methodologies across APAC.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in payments, fintech, merchant acquiring, banking technology, or financial services.
  • •7+ years leading regional implementation, integration, professional services, project management, or client delivery teams.
  • •Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise programmes and complex integrations.
  • •Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple APAC markets.
  • •Strong project/program management and executive stakeholder communication skills.
