Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and data models that provide actionable insights.
  • •Build scalable reporting solutions using Power Query, DAX, data relationships, measures, and visualization best practices.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, document metric logic, and translate business needs into BI solutions.
  • •Connect, transform, validate, and troubleshoot data from enterprise sources, including SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce, SQL/database sources, Snowflake, Dataverse, and Power Platform tools.
  • •Administer Power BI Service (workspace organization, app publishing, scheduled refreshes, access management) and resolve data quality issues, refresh failures, and report discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of data analysis experience.
  • •4+ years using data analysis tools and techniques and working with BI and related tooling (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Snowflake).
  • •Experience developing BI solutions by writing software requirements and test specifications and using data to drive business decisions.
  • •Strong Power BI experience, including Power Query, DAX, data modeling, dashboard design, publishing, and refresh management.
  • •Ability to translate business needs into KPIs, reporting requirements, data models, and dashboard visuals.
