Serve as a single point of contact for HSBC Premier high-net-worth clients, cultivating and expanding Premier relationships while aligning to business targets. Deliver exceptional service using Global Premier Service Standards, conduct regular wealth reviews, and recommend tailored products and services. Drive portfolio growth by achieving financial targets, cross-selling, managing prospect pipelines, and supporting retention. Maintain compliance with KYC, AML, and sanctions requirements and collaborate with branch teams to meet performance measures.

•Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships.

•Build and maintain strong client relationships for retention and satisfaction while managing a prospect pipeline and increasing wallet share.
•Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines and manage operational risk while attending mandatory training.
