Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate purchase order data and the supply plan in the ERP system, including modifying due dates/quantities and closing purchase orders based on demand.
  • •Coordinate initial supplier support for customer expedite requests and provide timely communication with all affected parties, escalating as needed.
  • •Monitor supplier delivery performance and initially resolve past-due supply and delivery issues to protect the supply plan.
  • •Work with suppliers to expedite or defer materials based on internal/external customer requirement changes to meet production and inventory goals.
  • •Conduct problem solving (9SPS/A3), participate in facility RIEs as directed, and prepare monthly management reports in standard formats.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3–5 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

  • •Must have strong mathematical skills and communicate orally and in writing; ERP system experience preferred.
