Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise employees involved in production/operation functions (assembly, inspection, test, and final test) related to manufacturing of capital equipment and components.
  • •Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements; support performance metrics tracking.
  • •Schedule and conduct milestone meetings; meet or improve cycle-time performance and other operational metrics.
  • •Oversee response to operations issues affecting customer satisfaction; act as an interface to establish and ensure conformance to customer/vendor requirements.
  • •Manage EHS training and safety compliance; drive Lean, Safety and Quality initiatives and implement corrective actions.
