Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-sale client discovery to understand business goals, customer journeys, and operational processes.
  • •Define product vision, measurable objectives, and scope baseline; manage change requests, scope variations, and timeline impacts.
  • •Build and maintain a structured product backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) and own roadmap prioritization for migrations, new builds, and optimization projects.
  • •Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and Engineers to ensure delivery aligns with defined goals and provide product context during sprints.
  • •Drive value realization by focusing on KPIs (conversion, AOV, retention, scalability, operational efficiency) and recommending iterative improvements; support UAT and client enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product management (or similar) experience, ideally in a brand, agency, or consultancy environment.
  • •Proven delivery of large-scale digital commerce projects, including platform migrations (SFCC, Magento, or Hybris) to modern SaaS ecosystems.
  • •Deep familiarity with Shopify Plus and the commerce technology stack (ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM, CDP, payments).
  • •Comfort collaborating in enterprise stakeholder environments, including C-suite, product, and engineering teams.
  • •Fluency in agile delivery practices (Scrum, SAFe) and discovery frameworks; strong communication, facilitation, and analytical/KPI mindset.
