Job Summary

Support HSA Insurance operations for client, broker, and vendor partnerships by resolving inquiries and escalations related to ICHRA implementations and employee enrollments. Ensure timely processing of enrollments, qualifying life event transactions, and plan/carrier and demographic changes, while coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution and reporting/reconciliation. Onboard and manage brokers (appointments, recertifications, broker of record changes) and help develop broker relationships through industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to and resolve client requirements to ensure appropriate access to healthcare services.
•Coordinate with internal teams to support new ICHRA implementations and employee enrollments.
•Ensure proper processing of enrollments and related transactions, including qualifying life events and plan/carrier changes.
•Onboard and support brokers, including appointment process management, initial communications, and system demonstrations.
•Manage broker recertifications and broker of record activity, and build broker/client relationships through community and industry events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in business or a related field.
•3–5 years of prior experience in the health insurance industry.
•Experience in healthcare operations is a plus.
•Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, to analyze and manipulate data from multiple sources.
