Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Global Helpdesk to provide service support at customer sites to restore functionality to customer assets.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance visits and clean AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, equipment fans).
  • •Install and support control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware), including upload/download and minor edits.
  • •Provide field service support for networked devices (routers and IP protocols) and troubleshoot video codecs and UCC devices.
  • •Perform timely service tasks such as pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projects/ceiling mounts, and provide client training as needed while adhering to OSHA standards.

Key Requirements
