Key Responsibilities

  • •Own immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters globally, serving as the single accountable owner.
  • •Design, implement, and iterate global mobility and relocation policy and execution for international hires and internal transfers.
  • •Provide trusted employee and family support through complex, often stressful cross-border transitions.
  • •Manage relationships with immigration counsel and relocation vendors, coordinating with People Ops, Legal, Finance, Talent, and leadership.
  • •Build an AI-native global mobility function: create personalized multilingual guidance, internal copilots/checklists, instrument key metrics, and maintain privacy/compliance boundaries.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience owning global mobility and immigration, with specific expertise in Sweden, UK and USA.
  • •Experience scaling a global mobility function in a high-growth tech company.
  • •Track record running immigration/relocation cases end-to-end, including complex scenarios and exceptions.
  • •Ability to design policy frameworks and execute cases quickly with strong judgment and operational execution.
  • •Experience managing vendors (relocation providers, immigration counsel) with clear SLAs and quality standards.
