Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical deployment requests for frontier AI labs and data vendors, from triage through completion. Clarify ambiguous asks, build tools and one-off pipelines to resolve urgent issues, and balance fast turnaround with correctness and security. Partner with research and GTM teams to unblock deployments, and turn recurring manual work into reusable processes. You’ll work hands-on with RL training data, evals, and benchmarking systems in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical deployment requests from frontier AI labs, data vendors, and internal teams from triage to completion.
•Clarify ambiguous asks and identify what actually needs to be done.
•Build tools and one-off pipelines to solve urgent customer or partner problems.
•Coordinate with research and GTM teams to unblock deployments.
•Document recurring issues and convert repeated manual work into reusable tools or processes.

Key Requirements

•Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Linux environments.
•Experience working on benchmarks and evals, including reasoning about rubrics, environments, and trajectories for RL training.
•Strong debugging instincts across code, data, and environments.
•Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations without a fully prescribed roadmap.
•Comfort working directly with technical customers, vendors, or cross-functional internal teams.
