Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly knowledge, including tooling and fixturing design and applications.
  • •Develop and implement improvements to manufacturing procedures and processes through layout and material handling changes.
  • •Train factory operators on equipment, tooling, and procedures; coordinate and oversee facility changes and upgrades.
  • •Lead shop floor and rapid improvement events to achieve cost-out targets; conduct line capacity analysis and labor productivity improvements.
  • •Support digitization and Lean/Six Sigma execution, creating process maps, standard work, takt times, PFMEA, DOE, control plans, and job safety analysis; specify and maintain manufacturing equipment.

Key Requirements
