Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design and development of high-impact learning experiences that improve sales productivity, channel partner performance, and revenue growth.
  • •Partner with global stakeholders across Sales, Channel, and Product to translate complex solutions into learner-centered experiences aligned to GTM priorities.
  • •Manage instructional design projects from intake through launch, driving timelines, deliverables, and quality across workstreams.
  • •Develop AI-enabled operating model components for instructional design workflows, including content intake, storyboarding, drafting, quality review, and publication readiness.
  • •Create AI-supported practice and coaching experiences (e.g., AI role-play and conversational simulations) tied to readiness frameworks and scorecards, while maintaining human review for instructional quality and accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in instructional design focused on technical and sales enablement.
  • •Deep experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity environments, ideally with complex product portfolios.
  • •Practical AI fluency, including generative AI tools, prompt design, and content transformation workflows for instructional design production.
  • •Experience designing AI-assisted learning content and workflows that balance speed, personalization, accuracy, governance, and human judgment.
  • •Experience with LMS and LXP platforms, enablement metrics (e.g., time to productivity, deal velocity, content engagement), and instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM.
