Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business stakeholders and SMEs to define strategy/vision and write, refine, prioritize, and accept user stories and features for compliant, high-value solutions.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog with user stories that include clear acceptance criteria; review and accept deliverables.
  • •Represent the business for one or more delivery teams and advocate for the customer perspective throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with UX/design, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned to roadmaps.
  • •Prepare the business for change by defining adoption strategies, benefit realization metrics, and risk mitigation approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in project delivery and business/requirements analysis.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and product management tools.
  • •6+ years of experience delivering with Agile/Waterfall/SAFe methodologies and applying process engineering approaches to business requirements and process flows.
  • •Advanced ability to independently gather requirements/use cases, write user stories, and follow development process through user story acceptance.
