Workplace Design Manager, Portfolio Management

Lead workplace interior design across a portfolio of projects, partnering with the Portfolio Management team to interpret program needs, test fits, and local requirements. Onboard and drive external design teams through visioning to construction documents, coordinating with space/occupancy stakeholders and managing schedules and budgets. Own furniture and EGD/brand aesthetics, run value engineering discussions, support construction administration, and incorporate local leadership feedback to maintain Netflix design intent and build quality.
