Job Summary

Support the Retail Operations team by owning weekly payroll and labor reporting, maintaining labor planning tracking tools, and managing StoreForce target and labor planning. Use insights to inform labor modeling and staffing decisions, create ad-hoc reports for store and corporate partners, and oversee monthly bonus payout reporting. Serve as the primary liaison between store teams and supply vendors, including PO creation and invoice processing, and provide on-site support for key store leader events.

Key Responsibilities

•Own weekly store labor and payroll reports, including weekly field payroll reports, weekly MTD recaps for NA corporate teams, and recaps on payroll testing initiatives.
•Use reporting insights to support strategic decisions for labor modeling and staffing, and maintain a tracking tool for store labor planning.
•Manage target management and labor planning tool (StoreForce) and create ad-hoc reports tailored to different audiences.
•Handle monthly bonus program payouts and reporting, and create and maintain store and field-leader policy and procedure documents.
•Serve as primary point of contact between store teams and supply vendors for escalations and troubleshooting; manage PO creation and invoice processing, and provide on-site support for store leader events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,300 - 79,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment focused on retail operations, retail payroll, scheduling, and labor modeling.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage priorities while multitasking.
•Highly proficient in Excel and strong working knowledge of Windows office tools including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Ability to analyze reporting findings and use them to support labor modeling and staffing decisions.
•A combination of education and relevant experience that is equivalent to the role requirements.
