Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and maintain agentic workflows and automation solutions for Corporate Reliability Engineering.
•Translate operational pain points into technical requirements, workflow designs, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.
•Build maintainable code, scripts, APIs, connectors, and reusable automation components.
•Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, telemetry sources, knowledge repositories, and operational workflows.
•Develop automated tests, validation logic, quality gates, and release readiness reporting; analyze incident/ticket/telemetry data to identify improvement opportunities.
