Store Manager - Retail Crossing (Johannesburg, GP, ZA)

Lead a high-volume adidas Brand Flagship store by driving exceptional consumer experiences and executing global brand and retail operational standards. Partner with Market and Global teams to shape the flagship concept, build a high-performing store management team, and manage P&L accountability, sales/profit targets, expenses, and compliance. Own inventory shrinkage and accurate stock management, coordinate training with Sales Academy, and ensure consistent visual merchandising and in-store communication execution.
