Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage quality assurance activities and testing to verify quality/compliance of products and production processes.
  • •Develop, implement, and sustain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001:2015 and ensure site operations comply with U.S. Army regulations and contractual requirements.
  • •Plan, schedule, and conduct internal quality audits; identify non-conformances, lead root-cause analyses, and track corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Establish and maintain controlled documentation (SOPs, work instructions, training records) and maintain records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports.
  • •Serve as primary quality point of contact with U.S. Army representatives; coordinate surveillance and recertification audits, support contract reviews/acceptance testing, and report quality KPIs to leadership and COR.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • •5–7 years of quality assurance experience in logistics, supply, transportation, or maintenance operations.
  • •ISO 9001:2015 QMS knowledge and experience developing, implementing, and sustaining a QMS aligned to ISO 9001:2015.
  • •Experience supporting U.S. Army contracts or military logistics support (preferred).
  • •Certifications including ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (preferred) and/or ASQ certifications (CQA, CMQ/OE, or CQI) (a plus).
