Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in designing and overseeing compensation & benefits programs, monitoring retail salary structures and annual salary reviews
  • •Oversee HR Admin, Controlling & Analytics, monitoring HR metrics and supporting strategic decision-making
  • •Support HQ and retail payroll budgets and collaborate with external payroll providers
  • •Maintain HR processes and data integrity, develop analytics to support program effectiveness, and ensure ethical standards
  • •Ensure SLAs with Sephora’s service providers and manage HR service provider relationships
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR operations within a large matrix organization, ideally in the retail, hospitality, or service industry
  • •Deep expertise in compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex information
  • •The ability to build relationships across the business, at all levels
  • •Fluent in German & English; MS Office proficiency (Excel & PowerPoint) and hands-on HRIS experience
