Job Summary

Lead Fortinet’s Public Sector major accounts across Poland by managing and motivating a team of Major Account Managers. Build and execute strategic account plans to drive enterprise deployments, exceed quota, and grow revenue through key executive relationships and partner channels. Oversee territory pipeline, coordinate with internal teams for bids and RFI/RFP responses, negotiate deals, and provide sales and technical training to partners and end users.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, direct, and guide a team of Major Account Managers for the Public Sector across Poland.
•Create and implement strategic plans to attain enterprise-wide deployments of Fortinet products and services.
•Develop executive relationships with key buyers and influencers; coordinate internal groups to deliver contract bids, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
•Negotiate terms of business to achieve win/win results and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
•Build and deliver an accurate territory pipeline, carry revenue targets, and travel within the assigned territory.

Key Requirements

•Extensive technology selling experience within the Public Sector.
•Proven experience managing sales teams and mentoring, motivating, and developing team members.
•Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers, with a track record of over-quota achievement.
•Experience in the networking, security or IT industry and in closing large deals.
•Fluency in Polish and English; excellent written and verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
