Job Summary

Deliver exceptional consumer service and educate shoppers on Crocs products through the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Support store promotions and events, assist across departments (consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management), and help execute daily retail operations including POS, replenishment, pricing/markdowns, and loyalty programs. Lead by example to improve personal sales KPIs and follow asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
•Assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
•Execute retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
•Collaborate with store management to improve personal key performance indicators using sales-driven techniques and adhere to asset protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention and inventory control.

Key Requirements

•High school education or above.
•Flexibility in schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance.
•Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
