Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive unsecured domain collections to meet/exceed monthly recovery goals by analyzing collection performance metrics and taking correct actions.
  • •Develop effective collection strategies for different account segments.
  • •Lead and mentor external agency collection agents through 1:1s, team meetings, performance reviews, and training.
  • •Monitor attrition and shrinkage and implement retention and contingency plans.
  • •Manage escalations for sensitive, high-risk accounts, including negotiation of payment plans and settlements; ensure adherence to policies, legal/regulatory frameworks, and audit standards.
