Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategy and execution for the context engineering portfolio (MCP Server, Agent Skills, VoyageAI), aligning roadmap and GTM with business goals
  • •Drive GTM excellence with data-driven positioning, messaging, and persona development for agent builders and platform teams
  • •Create technical content explaining how MongoDB developer tools work together (connectivity, guardrails, infrastructure) to ship production-grade code
  • •Serve as subject matter expert on agentic engineering adoption, synthesizing data across MCP usage and developer tool installs
  • •Develop and execute cross-functional launch strategies for new agent tooling functionality to grow adoption and revenue
