Shipping Picking Lead

Lead the shipping picking department to ensure accurate order fulfillment, oversee outbound shipments, and maintain inventory integrity. You will train and coach equipment operators, enforce SOPs and safety guidelines, and ensure efficient, safe operation of forklifts and picking equipment in a fast-paced, on-site warehouse.
