•Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality programs and standards for internal and outside regulatory agencies.
•Promote behavioral safety and establish a constructive team culture through appropriate leadership behaviors.
•Configure process control software and process graphics, and collaborate on process control improvements.
•Troubleshoot control systems to avoid or minimize production upsets and downtime.
•Lead or assist control system upgrade projects and support commissioning/functional checkouts, including operator training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics (or related field).

•Experience with industrial networks such as Modbus+, Ethernet, and DeviceNet.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams, influence others, and communicate effectively with various personnel.
