Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, investigate, and manage risk and mitigation strategies for complex and large loss claims to protect AirCover integrity.
  • •Build and manage partnerships with insurers, carriers, TPAs, brokers, and outside counsel to drive resolution and address coverage issues and settlement authority.
  • •Develop resolution plans and ensure performance/results for carrier and partner handling, including tracking material reserve changes and impacts to policy limits.
  • •Report monthly/quarterly/annual business reviews for the area and serve as a thought leader with Trust, Legal, Privacy, Safety, Product Management, and Policy.
  • •Mentor and upskill L6/L7 Host Damage Protection and Host Liability Protection specialists while ensuring compliance with claims handling policies and legal requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of insurance claims coverage and litigation experience with an emphasis on liability and property.
  • •Strong knowledge of insurance policy coverage, including complex/severe claims resolution and legal aspects.
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex cases and identify risk/exposure.
