Own the end-to-end customer delivery experience: ensure requirements are understood, milestones and timelines are set with customer teams, and projects are executed to quality standards on time. Serve as primary customer point of contact, build trusted-advisor relationships, and drive customer adoption through implementation leadership. Manage retention, revenue generation, and project management activities while keeping solution environments healthy—covering performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability—and guide escalation and disruption reviews.
