Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery from problem framing and technical scoping through architecture, implementation, and production rollout inside customer environments.
  • •Ship production software by building net-new features, standalone applications, and integrations that solve real customer problems.
  • •Embed with customers by working side-by-side with their engineering teams, understanding technical constraints, and debugging complex issues.
  • •Bridge the product gap by identifying platform gaps, building custom solutions, and feeding concrete requirements back to product and engineering.
  • •Set the bar as a founding member by codifying deployment patterns and shaping how the FDE function operates across EMEA.
