Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program, including in-person learning at company locations and virtual trainings between sessions.
  • •After training, assume Energy Engineer responsibilities in a predetermined office location as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • •Analyze utility rate structures and supply-side options to evaluate economic impacts for diverse customer environments.
  • •Qualify client and opportunity and develop preliminary and detailed audit scope analysis.
  • •Perform facility walk-throughs to identify energy conservation measures and provide routine consultations on energy use, building operations, and related needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred: Energy, Mechanical or Electrical) and must be graduated prior to the start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to travel to various in-person destinations throughout the 15-week training program.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and be able to provide proof of insurance, with no major or frequent traffic violations including DUI in the previous 3 years.
  • •Be prepared to complete virtual trainings and assignments between in-person sessions as part of the program.
