Key Responsibilities

•Accumulate knowledge from a worldwide A&HMI network and use analytical skills to identify opportunities for HMI system optimizations and improved on-product performance.
•Enhance and improve HMI eBeam products utilization through investigation and effective communication.
•Collaborate closely with the customer and connect to the introduction of a new technology node for high-volume manufacturing.
•Propose application product improvements covering root cause analysis, recipe setup and usage, process control strategies, inspection/metrology, and design optimization.
•Grow into a role representing ASML/HMI Applications as an expert and gain customer recognition.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics, etc.
•More than 15 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry-related field
•Engineering experience on defect inspection and metrology is preferred
•Experience in project management and marketing strategy setup and execution
•Experience leading and motivating the team to achieve performance goals
