Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage product catalogue data across European markets.
  • •Ensure alignment between SAP codes, EAN/GTINs, ASINs, vendor codes, and marketplace structures.
  • •Establish and maintain catalogue governance standards, processes, and controls; act as custodian of product master data and single source of truth.
  • •Monitor catalogue quality and resolve duplicate ASINs, mapping errors, listing issues, and variation inconsistencies.
  • •Lead catalogue execution for lifecycle events (NPD launches, reformulations, packaging changes, regulatory updates, delistings) and drive process improvements/automation across SAP, PIM platforms, and Amazon Vendor Central.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, or Product Master Data Management.
  • •Strong understanding of product data structures, including SAP, EAN/GTIN, and ASIN management.
  • •Experience with PIM solutions such as Salsify, Syndigo, or equivalent platforms.
  • •Solid knowledge of Amazon catalogue architecture, listings, variations, and product mapping.
  • •Advanced Excel and strong data management capabilities.
