•Develop and realize the commercial growth strategy for Real Estate in the Netherlands, driving revenue growth and market development.
•Build and expand client relationships, attract new clients, and translate market developments into new opportunities, propositions, and partnerships.
•Lead bids, bid trajectories, and commercial proposals, converting opportunities into successful assignments.
•Own commercial, operational, and financial business unit performance, including revenue, margin, and profitability.
•Ensure successful execution of projects and advisory assignments focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial results, while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in real estate, construction, consultancy, or a comparable sector.
•Experience in program, project, cost management, or project control within the real estate sector.
•Established position in the Dutch real estate market with strong senior-level relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
•Proven leadership in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
•Master’s education preferred in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, construction, engineering, business administration) and excellent Dutch and English proficiency.
