Job Summary

Lead multiple Operational Excellence functions across DP World’s logistics network, driving process standardization, contract and site launches, and continuous improvement. Own Operational Excellence budgets, partner with Sales and Key Account Management to support new profitable business, and communicate DP World’s value proposition to customers. Implement WMS and operational best practices, oversee BI/reporting tools, ensure HSEQ/Security compliance, and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, and GSA.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage Operational Excellence functions, including WMS super users, contract launches, continuous improvement, business process improvement, BI, HSEQ, Security, and PMO.
•Own Operational Excellence budgets, managing labor/non-labor expenses, forecasts, revisions, and actuals.
•Support profitable new business by partnering with Key Account Management and Sales, and communicating DP World’s value proposition to customers.
•Ensure successful launch of new contracts and sites using a standardized project implementation methodology and deliver against scope, budget, timeline, and risk targets.
•Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, Gemba, GSA) and enhance WMS deployment/adoption, BI/reporting tools, and HSEQ/Security compliance.
