Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the measurement framework for customer reporting across statements, tax reporting, holdings, performance, fees, and regulatory reports.
  • •Support bringing global tax reporting in-house, including prioritization, data requirements, quality checks, and customer-impact measurement.
  • •Standardize statement quality, reporting completeness, customer friction, operational reliability, and defect measurement.
  • •Build or specify dashboards, data models, and monitoring to detect reporting gaps before they affect customers.
  • •Partner with engineering on governed reporting data flows, ownership, SLAs, and controls.
