Program Manager - Rebates & Incentives

Own Jetson’s government and utility rebates and incentive programs across existing and new markets as the company scales into 12+ markets in 2026. Lead incentive strategy end-to-end—qualification, applications, renewals, compliance, and reporting—while driving cross-functional alignment with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations. Build scalable SOPs and dashboards, optimize submission workflows, track regulatory changes, and serve as the rebates subject-matter expert.
