Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical validation with customers using presentations, demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops.
  • •Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small-to-medium teams that shape customer use cases and architecture decisions.
  • •Demonstrate thought leadership through white papers, webinars, code contributions to relevant projects, and speaking at industry events.
  • •Deliver successful Ansible workshops and guide customers through scope evaluations, proofs of concept, and pilot deployments.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with internal product teams, product engineering, professional services, support, and sales to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience working in the automation space.
  • •3-5 years of experience in a developer, solution architect, enterprise architect, or consulting delivery role focused on automation.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, including automating infrastructure, networking (especially Cisco), and security solutions.
  • •Experience architecting and implementing automation solutions such as Puppet, Chef, SaltStack, and Terraform.
  • •Good knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Red Hat Satellite, plus related technologies.
