Key Responsibilities

•Organize and manage 10–12 field and partner marketing activities each quarter across designated regions.
•Develop and execute integrated field marketing campaigns that support immediate pipeline targets as well as long-term business objectives.
•Coordinate engagement formats, including Executive roundtables, Leadership dinners, Webinars, Roadshows, and Partner-driven workshops and events.
•Work collaboratively with Sales, Partnerships, SDR teams, and Business Units to align marketing activities with commercial goals; execute joint marketing campaigns with key technology partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, ISVs).
•Measure and report on marketing performance indicators (Revenue influenced/closed, Pipeline, SQLs, registrations, lead conversions); maintain CRM dashboards and campaign trackers; optimize initiatives based on data.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or event execution roles.
•Experience supporting partner-led campaigns in a technology or enterprise environment.
•Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
•Comfortable working with metrics, ROI tracking, and performance data.
•Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Cvent is a plus; willingness to travel across UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan as required.
